All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available methods.
Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may be subject to additional charges such as taxes and shipping fees.
Jumping Cliff reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the UAE and selected international locations.
Standard delivery times range from 2-5 business days within the UAE.
International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Jumping Cliff is not liable for delays due to incorrect information.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty & Product Quality
Our bags come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
To claim a warranty, contact hello@jumpingcliff.com with proof of purchase and issue details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs on Jumping Cliff’s website are the exclusive property of Jumping Cliff.

8. Limitation of Liability
Jumping Cliff shall only be liable for actual and direct losses suffered by you as a result of using this website, subject to a maximum limit of the amount paid for the respective products purchased from this website.

If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through negotiation within 90 days, either party may initiate mediation or arbitration proceedings in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
The dispute shall be decided by a sole mediator/arbitrator, and the venue of mediation/arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE.
In any event, the courts at Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon disputes arising out of or connected with this Agreement.
11. Amendments
Jumping Cliff reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
