The Jumping Cliff Limited Warranty applies to all of our bag products

The Jumping Cliff Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Jumping Cliff warrants that all Jumping Cliff products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

If a defect occurs as a result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions, we will repair, replace, exchange, or refund the defective product or feature at our discretion. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not covered under this warranty.

Damages Not Covered by the Warranty

Normal wear and tear, including fabric/material fading and pilling over time.
Loss or theft (we recommend keeping your valuables close).
User error, such as using your Jumping Cliff bag for activities it wasn't designed for (e.g., dragging it across rough terrain, overloading it beyond capacity, or attempting extreme modifications).
Animal damage, whether from cats, dogs, goats, or any other creatures with sharp teeth and claws.
Ink spills, paint stains, and other cosmetic alterations that affect the bag’s material integrity.

Warranty Claim Conditions

To qualify for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) from Jumping Cliff or an authorized dealer.

You must have purchased the product directly from Jumping Cliff or an authorized retailer.

You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the care instructions.

 You must return the product to Jumping Cliff for inspection.

Repairs and Warranty Claims

If you’d like to return a product under the Jumping Cliff Limited Warranty or request a repair, please contact Jumping Cliff Customer Support at [hello@jumpingcliff.com]. Our team will review your request, process it accordingly, and work to get you back to your adventures as soon as possible.

If, after inspecting your claim, we determine that the product is eligible under the Jumping Cliff Limited Warranty, we will provide return shipping details at our expense and return the repaired or replaced product to you free of charge. The return of the product is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Jumping Cliff.

If we are unable to repair your Jumping Cliff product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or a similar product.

If it is determined that the requested or returned product is not covered under the Jumping Cliff Limited Warranty, we will contact you with details regarding paid repair options, if available.

Disclaimer and Other Notes

This warranty is only valid in The UAE.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your local laws.
There are no express warranties other than those set forth herein.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES—WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER LIABILITY—WILL JUMPING CLIFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
