Returns & Refund Policy

At Jumping Cliff, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used, damaged, or washed products.
Personalized or customized items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Login to the Jumping Cliff website using the email address you used to place the order.
Navigate to the Return Section and select the order you wish to return.
Fill in the return form as per the website return process.
Select the reason for return and submit the return request.
Our logistics partner will contact you for the pick-up.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about your refund or exchange approval.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jumpingcliff.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund based on availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank or payment provider.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time to reflect in your statement).
